Huge response at the Expo! Superfood from Africa

Fonio, a West African superfood not yet well known in Japan, was exhibited and sold at the Guinea Pavilion at the Kansai Expo, where it was featured in newspapers and on television, generating a great response. In addition to being easy to prepare at home, it can also be used in a wide range of dishes, such as risotto, snacks, and as an ingredient in beer.
