【Laboruder MK II-S】
The Laboruda MKⅡ-S is a compact, integrated twin-screw extruder for food research. It contains the extruder body, a pump for adding liquid, and a control panel for controlling each device in a compact package.

[TEX-FAN]
TEX-FAN is a twin-screw kneading simulation software developed based on the extensive know-how of Japan Steel Works in twin-screw kneading technology.

It enables comprehensive evaluation of the entire extruder, including operating conditions.
Virtual extrusion tests can be performed on a PC (to determine the optimal screw design and operating conditions for each application).
Scale-up predictions and studies can be simulated.
With its 3D analysis function, evaluations of the kneading section (such as pressure and temperature distribution) are possible.

By shortening trial periods through simulation, the speed from development to production is significantly improved.
It helps in understanding physical phenomena inside the extruder (such as material melting processes and pressure/temperature distribution).
Software licenses are issued on a per-device basis, with one account per device.
If additional accounts are required, they can be added by purchasing extra product keys.
