Our Company's Strengths and Features
Bedding that makes the most of the excellent properties of charcoal
Founded in Takatsuki City in 1978, the company has studied charcoal scientifically and developed products under the Dr. Smith name that take advantage of its excellent properties, such as deodorizing, air purifying, and humidity control.
Dr. Smith was the world's first brand to scientifically analyze charcoal and incorporate it into its products.
The company began product development with the desire to provide quality sleep, and has incorporated charcoal as its main ingredient.
Japanese charcoal is more than just fuel; it has an unfathomable power to make people's lives more comfortable, including humidity regulation and deodorization. Since then, as a pioneer in charcoal bedding, the company has continued to devote its efforts to creating high-quality products.
