OUR POLICY (Commitment)
To bring out the unique flavor of each nut, we first roast them. The brown sugar we coat the nuts with is "Tarama Island Brown Sugar" from Miyako Island, Okinawa, known for its rich and deep flavor. The slightly bitter and complex taste of Tarama Island brown sugar combines perfectly with the roasted nuts' fragrant aroma, creating a sophisticated brown sugar nut that is unlike anything you've tasted before.

For the finishing touch, we coat the nuts with "Yukishio" powdered salt, a specialty of Miyako Island. This gives the nuts a refined taste that would be perfect as a snack for "grown-up women" enjoying a glass of wine.

Additionally, the brown sugar we use is made from sugar that has naturally broken during the molding process. We use this valuable resource, carefully grown by local farmers and slowly produced at sugar mills, without wasting a single part of it.
