"Shizuoka Wellness Project"

【 Shizuoka industrial foundation 】
From Shizuoka, we aim to promote well-being by promoting the food and wellness industry and extending healthy life expectancy.

『 from Banana 』

【 white from green 】
"from Banana" is made exclusively from organic bananas.
It's carefully produced in our own JAS-certified organic factory, using spring water from the foot of Mount Fuji.
Using our proprietary technology, we extract raw starch from non-standard bananas that are not suitable for distribution due to size or blemishes. The raw starch is rich in over 60% resistant starch (RS), a natural intestinal health ingredient.
RS combines the properties of both soluble and insoluble dietary fiber, making it a favorite food of beneficial bacteria. It reaches deep into the large intestine and produces large amounts of short-chain fatty acids, especially butyric acid. As a tasteless and odorless white powder, it is a JAS-certified, gluten-free ingredient that can be used in cookies, cooking, and more.

『 Hybrid Intestinal health Fiber and Protein 'Matcha'』

【 white from green 】
This gut-healthy protein is formulated with three gut-healthy ingredients (banana-derived resistant starch, lactic acid bacteria production substances, and oligosaccharides) based on the concept of "Drink. Strengthen. Tone."
This hybrid protein provides over 20g of protein and 8g of dietary fiber in one serving.
This popular series has sold over 2 million servings, and a new flavor, "Stone-Ground Matcha," will be released in November 2025.
The combination of Nishio Matcha, a regional brand known for its vibrant dark green color, elegant aroma, and mild, rich flavor, with a clear, high-purity WPI creates a delicious taste that is almost like drinking a matcha drink.

Okara Cookies Plain

【 Okarat 】
These gluten-free cookies are made with okara (soy pulp) instead of wheat flour. They're a huge hit on TikTok! Over 10,000 bags were sold in the three months from July to September. While okara cookies may have a reputation for being hard, we're sure you'll enjoy their super-crispy texture.

PERFECT GRANOLA

【 Okarat 】
This gluten-free granola is made with soybeans and okara instead of oats. It has only five ingredients and is free of any unnecessary additives, making it perfect for health-conscious people.
